Return Policy
We appreciate your business and want to ensure your satisfaction with our merchandise and services. However, please note that we do not accept returns for any of our merchandise.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to addressing any issues or concerns you may have. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, or if you have questions regarding your purchase, please contact our customer support team at support@luxurytherapist.com. We will work diligently to resolve any problems and ensure your satisfaction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@luxurytherapist.com.
If not approved i.e. item was found to be free from damage reported, customer will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
